Helen Brumley
Passed away on April 23rd in Livingston Texas. Born on 10-22-37 In Houston, Texas to Annie Belle Gage and Willis Joshua Hargrave. Helen married Chester Lee Brumley Sr. on February 18, 1956 and resided in Houston Texas where she became a housewife and later worked next to her husband as a meat wrapper.
She is survived by sons Roger, Terry Brumley and wife Michelle, David Brumley and wife Bridget, Chester Brumley Jr. and wife Dana. Brothers; Wiilis Hargrave and wife Dana, Jimmy Hargrave and wife Margaret, Sisters Patricia Courson and Judy Parks.
Granddaughters Monalee Elmore, Mandy Johnson, Grandsons Terry Alan Brumley Jr., David Brumley Jr. Clayton Brumley and Brandon Brumley , 6 great grandchildren and a large extended family including 6 additional grandchildren. She was precided in death by her husband Chester Brumley Sr., Mother, Annie Belle Hargrave and brother David Joe Hargrave. They moved to Livingston Texas for retirement where she loved cooking, baking for friends and family, decorating and collecting antiques glassware. As a girl she attended the Baptist church attended Smiley High School, she became a Rainbow girl, and played softball , she also enjoyed country music and was often described as Feisty and a Hoot.
