Harvey Hatfield Bagley Jr.'s Obituary
Harvey Hatfield Bagley Jr. was born December 6, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to Harvey H. Bagley Sr. and Estaline Schulze and passed away January 3, 2018 in Garland, Texas at the age of 64. He graduated from Texas City High School and then received a Bachelor’ Degree from Stephen F Austin State University. Harvey married Linda Smith on July 15, 1977. He became a District Manager for Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company and later an area manager for Lane Limited. Harvey became a Coast Guard licensed boat captain, eventually owning his own business, Captain Harvey’s Charters. He contracted to Tow Boat US out of Seabrook, Texas. Harvey retired at the age of 63. His many joys in life were traveling, fishing and walking with his dog. He loved being with the family and friends and was devoted to his grandson. Harvey had a committed spirit of competition in all things-especially when it came to the Duly Noted Fantasy Football League of 21 years. Harvey was preceded in death by his dad and mom, Harvey Hatfield Bagley SR and Estaline Schulze Bagley. He is survived in life by his beloved wife of 40 years, Linda K Bagley; sons, Michael Bagley and wife, Barbara and Daniel Bagley; grandson, Easton Bagley; brothers, Benard and wife Gayle, Randy and wife Cindy. Arrangements are being entrusted to South Park Funeral Home in Pearland Texas. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 11AM-1PM where Funeral Service will be at 1PM with Burial to follow at South Park Cemetery.
