Dearly beloved Gracey George was in every sense the Proverbs 31 woman, the epitome of love an ideal daughter, daughter-in-law, devoted wife, loving sister an exceptional mother and a loving grandmother. The love of the Lord was demonstrated all throughout her life and it is this that made her special. She loved all those she knew and prayed for all of them. Her love is amply reflected by the collection of Wedding Cards and Memorial Service brochures that most people would simply discard without a thought. She had an amazing memory and would remember the birthdays and wedding anniversaries of all she loved and cared for.
She lived a sacrificial life right up to the very end. Through all the pain and suffering she has endured during these past few years, she did not complain about the situation. If she could stand she made sure that she would attend worship and even in unbelievable pain and agony during the last days of her earthly life she did not waiver in her faith in the Lord. She lives behind a legacy for her children and grandchildren to emulate and accomplish through their lives in the memory of this great and sacrificial life.
