Mr. Glenn "Pete" Smith's Obituary
Glenn “Pete” Smith was born on August 15, 1938 in Silsbee, Texas and passed
away suddenly at his home on July 22, 2019. He was preceded in death by parents
Lowell and Emma Smith and sister Beverly Collins. He is survived by his wife,
Rosemarie, children Katherine “Kristi” Keel of Houston, Ralph Belfy and wife Jessie
of Pasadena, grandson Nicholas Keel, sister Wanda West and husband Alvin McGee
of Lake Charles, La., nephew Thomas Wood of Granbury, Tx,, and numerous cousins.
In younger years he had a passion for racing, finding success on the local and
divisional levels always striving to improve. In his later years he enjoyed time at the
lake with family and friends, and making the rounds to stop and talk with friends.
He will be greatly missed by us all.
