Mr. Gene Williams' Obituary
Mr. Gene Williams, 84, of Friendswood, Texas passed away on May 11, 2015 in Webster, Texas. He was born on April 24, 1931 to Hubert and Obie Williams in Nocona, Texas. Mr. Williams started his career at Striplings Department Store in Fort Worth, Texas and over the years worked for Van Brauman Company, Horizon Sales and retired from Foleys. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, brother; James Williams, grandson; Michael Morris. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Sylvia Williams, children; Hal Williams and partner Gary Norton, Ken Williams and Gina Morris and husband Carl, grandchildren; Jereme Morris and Courtney Collier, great-grandchildren; Stephen Morris, Emily Morris and Zachary Morris, granddaughter in-law; Tabitha Morris; sisters; Emily Hartman and Mollie Oppenhimer also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 2:00 PM at St. Stephen Presbyterian Church, 2217 Theta St., Houston, Texas 77034. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the St. Stephen Church.
