Mr. Gene Garcia's Obituary
Eugene L. Garcia, 66, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016. He was born on October 31, 1949 in Beeville, Texas. He retired from Harris County, the Parks Department after 27 years of service. As a pass time he loved spending time with his family and adored playing Golf.
He is preceded in death by Isabel S. Garcia (wife), Joe Henry Garcia (brother), Daniel and Maria Garcia (parents), Jesse Garcia (brother), Carmen Fernandez (sister), and Lupe Rodriguez (sister). He is survived by sons; Matthew Garcia and J.J. Erebia (Jessica Martinez), Grand Daughter; Genesis Grace, Step daughter; Kerrie Erebia. Brothers; Reyes Garcia (Longie Garcia), Alvino Garcia, Daniel Garcia (Jill Garcia), and David Garcia (Sheila Garcia). Sisters; Romana Montes, Delores Soza (Johnny Soza), Mary Ann Trevino (Mel Trevino), Cathy Lopez (Arnold Lopez), and Olga Morales (Jesse Morales).
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 03, 2016 at SouthPark Funeral Home from 4:00PM to 8:00PM with a rosary starting at 6:00PM. Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 4, 2016 at 10:00AM at SouthPark Funeral Home.
