Con el corazón lleno de tristeza, compartimos la noticia del fallecimiento de Francisco Botello,
cariñosamente conocido como Paco por su familia y amigos. Partió de este mundo de manera
serena el 13 de octubre de 2024, en su hogar en Houston, Texas, a la edad de 75 años.
Francisco, quien vio la luz por primera vez el 4 de noviembre de 1949 en Nuevo Laredo,
Tamaulipas, México, deja tras de sí un legado de amor y dedicación. Se unió en matrimonio con
su gran amor, Teresa, y juntos crearon una hermosa familia que incluye a sus hijos, Gloria y
Francisco Jr., así como a sus queridos nietos, Sabrina Celeste y Edwin.
La historia de amor entre Francisco y Teresa floreció en una fiesta de Confirmación en San Luis
Potosí, donde comenzó un noviazgo que duró tres años antes de dar el gran paso hacia el
matrimonio. Su viaje los llevó a Houston, gracias a la visión de su hermana Gloria, quien vio en
esa ciudad oportunidades más brillantes para ellos.
El incansable espíritu de Francisco brilló durante sus 15 años de servicio en Alfred’s Diner y,
posteriormente, en Pappasito’s, donde su dedicación y calidez dejaron una huella imborrable en
muchas vidas. Francisco y su familia fueron parte integral de la parroquia San Benito, donde él
se ganó el cariño de muchos feligreses. Su mayor alegría era pasar tiempo con sus nietos,
creando recuerdos entrañables junto a Sabrina Celeste y Edwin.
Le preceden en la paz eterna su padre, Maximino Botello, y su madre, Higinia Murillo. Le
sobreviven su amada esposa, Teresa, su adorada hija, Gloria, su hijo, Francisco Jr., y sus
nietos, Edwin y Sabrina. También lo sobreviven sus sobrinos, amigos cercanos y otros seres
queridos.
Paco disfrutaba de la música de El Trio de los Panchos, Sonora Santanera y Ramón Ayala, que
resonaba en su corazón.
Su ausencia se sentirá profundamente entre su familia, amigos y todos aquellos que tuvieron el
privilegio de conocerlo.

With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of Francisco Botello, affectionately known
as Paco by his family and friends. He peacefully left this world on October 13, 2024, in his home
in Houston, Texas, at the age of 75.
Francisco, who first saw the light on November 4, 1949, in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico,
leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication. He married the love of his life, Teresa, and
together they created a beautiful family that includes their children, Gloria and Francisco Jr., as
well as their beloved grandchildren, Sabrina Celeste and Edwin.
The love story between Francisco and Teresa blossomed at a Confirmation party in San Luis
Potosí, where their courtship lasted three years before they took the big step into marriage.
Their journey led them to Houston, thanks to his sister Gloria, who saw brighter opportunities for
them in that city.
Francisco's tireless spirit shone during his 15 years of service at Alfred’s Diner and later at
Pappasitos, where his dedication and warmth left an indelible mark on many lives. Francisco
and his family were an integral part of St. Benedict Parish, where he earned the affection of
many parishioners. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, creating
cherished memories with Sabrina Celeste and Edwin.
He is preceded in eternal peace by his father, Maximino Botello, and his mother, Higinia Murillo.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Teresa, his daughter, Gloria Botello, his son, Francisco Jr.,
and his grandchildren, Edwin and Sabrina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close
friends, and other loved ones.
Paco enjoyed listening to music by El Trio de los Panchos, Sonora Santanera, and Ramón
Ayala, which resonated in his heart.
His absence will be deeply felt by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of
knowing him.
