Rudy and family, I am so sad and shocked to see that your sweet Frances has went to be with the Lord. I remember the first time that I met her outside as the smiling, happy neighbor. Although, I only was blessed to know her for a very short time, I know that she was an amazing, loving and beautiful woman and soul inside and out.
