Mrs. Frances Brown's Obituary
Frances Elizabeth Brown 85, born April 20, 1931 in Canada. Passed away, August 15, 2016 in Webster, TX. She was retired from AT&T and was a longtime member of St. Peter’s Anglican Church. Preceded in death by her husband James Michael Brown. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Poncik of Santa Fe, TX; niece, Kelley Smith and husband Steve of Webster, TX; nephew, Jay Oliver and wife Carol; great-nephew, Cody Phillips; step daughter, Linda Kennedy and husband J.D.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016 at St. Peter's Anglican Church, 19915 Cypress Church Rd., Cypress, TX 77433. Graveside to follow at 2:30 pm at SouthPark Cemetery. For those desiring in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America and Adopt-A-Cat-Texas.
