Mr. Fitz-Morris Alleyne's Obituary
Fitz-Morris Alleyne better known as Kenrick or Brutus, passed away on August 14, 2018 at the age of 68, peacefully in his Houston home after a long battle with Parkinson’s.
Kenrick was born on December 6, 1949, in New Grant, Trinidad to Vena Laura Palmer and Joseph Kenrick Alleyne. On July 10, 1971, he married the love of his life Marva Irma Alleyne and they had two beautiful children, Anthony Morris Alleyne and Selona Lasana Alleyne.
Kenrick was a lover of many things, some in particular include: Soca music, cooking, growing his pepper trees, sports and watching Westerns. He was a proud husband, father and loved his family and friends fiercely. He was always there for anyone that needed a helping hand.
His loving personality and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. He was a true "Trini to D Bone"
Kenrick was preceded in passing by his mother, Vena Laura Palmer and his father Joseph Kenrick Alleyne. Kenrick is survived by his wife, Marva Irma Alleyne, his son, Anthony Morris Alleyne, his daughter, Selona Lasana Alleyne, along with his daughter-in-law Angelia Roxanne Alleyne, and son-in-law Derrick Jermaine Greene.
His grandchildren, Saqoua Monique Winn and Alyssa Mariah Alleyne and four great-grandchildren.
His brothers, Andrew “Oja/ Bobo/ Arthur” Charles (Sharon) Alleyne, Raymond “Oscar” (Antoinette) Alleyne, Steve “Winey” (Cheryl) Alleyne and Norbert Junior Alleyne.
And a host of sister-in-law's, brother-in-law's, nieces, nephews and cousins.
