Evelyn Marie Bryan III “Carlisle” – Born March 13, 1940 in Pensacola, Florida. Passed Away in Tomball, Texas.
On the day of May 27, 2020, Evelyn Marie Bryan Carlisle got her wings and went to walk with the Angels and our Lord God and Savior. Her late husband Robert Wilson Carlisle and loving daughter Evelyn Marie IV Carlisle will be rejoined in Heaven once again.
Evelyn pass away peacefully at the age of eighty years old, after many years of fighting minor and major illnesses. For which she battled for nearly twenty years. Our Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother was a fighter from the beginning until or Lord God and Savior finally blessed her and lifted her into Heaven.
Our mother, was the mother of five children – Robert Eugene Carlisle, Bryan Keith Carlisle, Jon Wayne Carlisle, Evelyn Marie IV Carlisle and Susan Nicole Carlisle White. However, our loving mother was the surrogate mother to her beloved granddaughter Evelyn Marie V Carlisle Segovia. Not to mention of all the grandchildren and the great-grandchildren she raised at one point in time or the other.
Our mother, was a dedicated “Stay at Home Mother” that provided comfort for her children as well as her deceased husband Robert “Bob” Wilson Carlisle and numerous close friends and family which unfortunately the list is too long to revealed. Throughout our mother’s life she was loved by so many of us, while on this earth.
Our mother was proclaimed as a Professional Seamstress in most people eyes as well as DIY Crafter. She became a Master Quilter during her journey through life not to mention a Great Cook for which everyone appreciated.
Evelyn is survived by her loving son’s Robert E. Carlisle of Gretna, LA., Bryan K. Carlisle and wife Ellen of Summerville, SC., Jon W. Carlisle and wife Deborah of Anderson, TX., and her daughter Susan N. Carlisle White and husband Dennis. Along with her sister’s Sylvia R. Baily and husband Calvin and Cynthia J. Goodner and Husband Monte. And not too forget her extensive family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephew’s, niece’s and cousin’s.
A viewing and funeral services is scheduled for 12:00pm on June 2, 2020 at South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery – 1310 N. Main Street, Pearland, TX 77581, with a grave site service. Chaplain Charlie Flanagan will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Evelyn’s life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The Heights of Tomball in Memory of Evelyn M. Carlisle at 27840 Johnson Road, Tomball, Texas 77375. All donations will be for the permanent resident’s activity fund. The family would like to thank the staff members at The Heights of Tomball for their care of our mother Evelyn M. Carlisle.
