Evan Alexandre Chain, age 20, of Pearland, Texas, passed away on November 30, 2025 in Bastrop County following a car accident.
Born on June 28, 2005 in Millcreek, Salt Lake County, Utah, Evan was the cherished son of Shawnda McCutcheon Chain and Francois-Xavier Chain, and was lovingly raised by his mother and Robert Wayne Pettigrew, who became his dad.
Education & Career
Evan graduated from Pace Center in Pearland, TX in 2023, where he proudly served as Class President and Master of Ceremonies.
At only 20 years old, Evan became the General Manager of the Club Car Wash in Bastrop, TX. Under his leadership, the location achieved remarkable success, earning the prestigious “Most Memberships” belt among all North American sites.
