Mr. Erwin Henry Harms' Obituary
Erwin H. Harms of Houston passed away September 3, 2007, at the age of 95. After graduating from Giddings High School, Erwin served his country in the U. S. Army during WWII in the South Pacific. Returning to Houston, he worked at Borden's Milk for forty-two years until his retirement. Erwin has been a longtime member of Epiphany Lutheran Church. He is preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Angeline Harms, and parents, Henry and Paula Gropp Harms.
He is survived by daughter, Pam Block; grandchildren, Michael Faye and Jonathan Block, and five great- grandchildren. He leaves behind a host of family and friends.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 ' 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 7th, 2007. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home.
