Elisa Chavez's Obituary
Elisa Chavez was born on July 12, 1954 in El Salvador to Jose Neftaly Chavez Villatoro and Graciela Fuentes Chavez. She was the youngest child of five children and grew up in El Salvador. She later moved to the United States in 1983, Elisa became a U.S. citizen. She was a very active, strong, independent, intelligent, loving, kindhearted and forgiving woman. She truly enjoyed being with her family and always put others before herself.
Elisa Chavez passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 in Houston, Texas at 66 years of age.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Neftaly Chavez Villatoro and Graciela Fuentes Chavez; and three of her siblings.
She is survived by her seven children, Vladimir Ramirez and his wife Isabel, Mirna Batres and her husband Carlos, Santos Ramirez and his wife Judith, Blanca Robles and her husband Edwin, Lilian Cortez and her husband Jose Manuel, Eric Ramirez and his wife Julie, Yesenia Ramirez and her husband Otoniel; her twenty-two grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.
Elisa will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at South Park Funeral Home, in Pearland, with Pastor. Eduardo Cantu.
