Elio was born on May 7, 1959, in Puebla, Mexico, to his loving parents, Esperanza and Procolo Castelan. As a young man, he embarked on a journey to America with nothing but a few coins in his pocket and a heart full of ambition. It was here that he met the love of his life, Kastia, with whom he built a beautiful and loving family. Together, they raised three wonderful children—Kelvin (Jennifer), Sharon (Kellen), and Natalie. He also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Kyler and Samara. As well as many family members, including siblings, nieces & nephews.

Through hard work and perseverance, he not only provided for his family but also became a pillar of strength and support to those around him. He was a man who never hesitated to lend a helping hand, always reaching out to those in need with warmth and generosity.
Elio’s wealth was not measured in material riches but in the love and companionship of those who cherished him. His presence brought comfort and inspiration to many, and his unwavering spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His kindness, resilience, and love will remain a guiding light for his family and all who were fortunate enough to call him a friend.
