Eleonore Veronica Koval's Obituary
Eleonore Veronica Kasaba Koval died January 3, 2023 at the age of 98. She was born to Casimer (George) Kasaba and Alyce (Veronica) Kasaba on December 25,1924 in Plains Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Stephen Koval, and faithful companion, her rescue dog, Lady. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Seaton, her grandson, Jeffrey Edward Seaton, Wife Amanda Seaton, And great-granddaughter Eleonore Jean Seaton.
Eleonore was born in Pennsylvania and attended school there, after high school graduation she moved to New Jersey to work in a factory making airplane parts for the planes in World War II. She met and married Edward then moved to Hazlet, NJ, where she lived until she moved to Texas in 1998.
She received her Associate Degree in nursing at Brookdale Community College and worked as an RN for many years at Riverview Hospital in Red Bank, NJ. After retiring from Riverview, sheworked for the Central NJ Blood Bank until her move to Texas.
We would like to thank her amazing personal caregiver, Cindy Palyola, who tirelessly provided her with love and care for more than 8 years. We would also like to thank the staff at Accent Hospice for their truly professional, caring service.
Services with be scheduled at a later date at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Carverton, Pennsylvania.
