Walters-Elbertine- Skaines, 96, born November 29, 1919 in Trinity, TX., passed away on October 17, 2016 in Houston, TX. widow of Woodrow James Walters, member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church. Survived by daughter Mrs. Beth Walters Ward, husband Don Ward; son James Walters, Sr. wife Cheryl Walters, All of Houston Granddaughter Lauren Walters Adams, husband Ryan Adams, Grandson James Walters, Jr., wife Stephanie Zamora Walters, four Great Grandchildren all of Houston, In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to St. Luke’s Caring Ministries. Graveside service will be held at SouthPark Funeral Home on October 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM, visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service with Pastor Bill Denhm officiating.
