Mr. Edward Lee Wilson's Obituary
Edward Lee Wilson
"RAG"
Edward was born October 4, 1949, the second child of six (6) children born to Walter and Serena B. Wilson in Houston, Texas. Edward confessed Christ at an early age. His Christian learning started at East Macedonia Baptist Church und Reverend Sylvester L. Farris.
Edward loved music, and was a gifted dancer. He was a good man with a great sense of humor, was always kind, helpful, and was well respected and loved by all who knew him. He had a special love for life and lived it to the fullest.
On Friday night, November 13, 2009, God in His infinite wisdom called the spirit of Edward from our midst. He now suffers no more sickness, no more pain and no more disappointments. He has entered a new life in a heavenly land.
We know that Jesus was with him in his last hours, for we sensed His awesome presence as ministering angels ushered him home to be with the Lord.
Edward is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Serena Wilson, a sister Wanda J. Phillips, a daughter Serena Elizabeth, and a son, Jonathan (Boochie).
Edward leaves to cherish his memory his devoted and loving companion Julie, four daughters, five sons, on sister, three brothers, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
