Mrs. Dorothy Louise Roese's Obituary
Dorothy Louise Roese, 90, peacefully went to be with our Lord on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Grace Care Center, Houston, TX. She was born on Wednesday, November 11, 1925 in Washington County, TX to the late Albert and Helen Lohmeyer. She retired in February 1988 after 25 years of service from First City Bank - Gulfgate
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter Roese; her parents and one sister, Vernell Lohmeyer. She is survived by one daughter, Sherry Roese Callanan and her husband, Mickey; one son, Michael Roese and his wife, Debbie; three grandchildren, Jessica Callanan Palmaz and her husband Christian, Joey Callanan and Britney Roese; one great-grandchild, Gaston Palmaz; one sister, Ruby Stoker and her husband James; two brother in-law’s, Franklin Roese and Herman Roese and wife Jo; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday afternoon, November 29, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home, 1310 North Main St. Pearland, TX 77581. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 12:30 PM in the Chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at SouthPark Cemetery.
