Donald Eugene Kinsel, 64, passed away on July 20, 2013. He was born May 9, 1949. Donald is survived by his sisters, Karen Norman/Gary, Patricia Jones and Myra Mitchell; nieces Kimberly Livingston, Dina Schuman, Jennifer Norman, Laura Crawford, Katie Mitchell; nephews, David Norman, Jerry Cannon and Aron Mitchell. A Memorial Service will be held, Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 10:15 AM Gate Time at Houston National Cemetery.
