Dennis Duane Vance was a beloved companion, father, grandfather, and friend. Dennis passed away on May 22, 2024 at the age of 72. He touched the lives of many with his kindness, humor, and unwavering spirit.
Dennis was born in Kalispell, Montana on May 11, 1952 to Willis and Louise (Hopkins) Vance. He was known for his strong work ethic and genuine love for his family and friends. He pursued his passions with dedication.
Some of his passions were listening to his music, camping with his pals in Montana, and helping his brother Darrell with projects. Dennis will be remembered as a protector, provider, loving father, and grandfather.
He was a dedicated boss to his team at Freeman. He had a knack for making everyone around him feel welcome and valued. His generosity knew no bounds. He was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Dennis is survived by his loving companion Jacqueline Brooks, children Christopher and Lynne Soza, Ledia Lee Pruetz and her husband John Bell Temple the 3rd, and his grandchildren Nathan Alexander Pruetz, Damian Chase Temple, Samantha Gail Gibson, Paige Rackley, Tyler Rackley, Austin Harrison and Brian Soza, his brother Darrell (Christine) Vance. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Dennis's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
