Dennis Martin Schmidt's Obituary
Dennis Martin Schmidt, a long time resident of Pearland, Texas, passed away at the age of 62 on October 18, 2017. He was born on December 13, 1954 in Houston, Texas. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Erhart and Estella Schmidt. He is survived by his beloved wife Cindy, two sons Eric and Brandon and Brandon’s wife Dao who recently blessed him with his first grandchild Logan, his brother Mark Schmidt and wife Sue.
Dennis grew up hunting with his father and carried on the tradition with his two sons, deer hunting, fishing in Carmine, Texas and the annual trip to Yorktown, Texas to turkey hunt and visit his much loved cousin Peggy Schafer and her daughter Taryn. Dennis graduated from Pearland High School and recently retired from a long-time career as a heavy equipment mechanic.
A private Graveside Service will be held at SouthPark Funeral Home in Pearland, Texas on October 23, 2017.
