Demetria Sandoval de Delgado nacio en Venustiano Carranza, Durango, Mexico el 8 de Noviembre 1924. Ella se caso con Felipe Delgado Alatorre el 22 de Diciembre 1940 y juntos compartieron 74 años de matrimonio y disfrutaron de toda su famila. Actualmente, le sobreviven 11 hijos: Pilar, Micaela, Maria Luisa, Alicia, Maria del Socorro, Maria Elena, Elvira, Manuela, Felipe, Rosa y Raul. Demetria tiene 36 nietos, 58 bisnietos, y 16 tataranietos. Demetria era muy detallista en su forma de vestir y disfrutaba de tener todas sus cosas en orden. Ella siempre mantuvo y aprecio un jardin lleno de rosales. Como abuelita y madre, ella era cariñosa, ejemplar y admirable.
El fallecimiento de Demetria fue precedido por el fallecimiento de su esposo Felipe, sus hermanos Juan, Ramon, Alejandro, su hermana Victoria, y su hijo Armando.
El Domingo, 1 de Octubre, su velacion empezara con un Rosario a las 7:30 pm en la iglesia St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church. Su sepulcro sera el Lunes, 2 de Octubre, iniciado con un servicio religioso a las 11 am. Despues de la ceremonia religiosa, continuaremos su servicio funebre en South Park Funeral Home.
Demetria Sandoval de Delgado was born in Venustiano Carranza, Durango, Mexico on November 8, 1924. She married Felipe Delgado Alatorre on December 22, 1940 and together they shared 74 years of marriage and enjoyed spending quality time with their whole family. Demetria is survived by her 11 children: Pilar, Micaela, Maria Luisa, Alicia, Maria del Socorro, Maria Elena, Elvira, Manuela, Felipe, Rosa and Raul. Demetria also has 36 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great - grandchildren. Demetria was someone who enjoyed having all her things in order, and who would always pay great attention to detail. Demetria would also love to care for, and admire a flower garden full of roses. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and an overall admirable woman. Demetria was preceded in death by her brothers Juan, Ramon, Alejandro, her sister Victoria, her husband Felipe and their son, Armando. A viewing and rosary will take place on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 7:30 PM at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church. Her funeral services will then take place on Monday, October 2, 2017, starting with a religious ceremony at 11 am and will continue thereafter at South Park Funeral Home.
