Mrs. Delores Earline Bergeron's Obituary
On May 10th, 2018 Delores Bergeron went to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born April 15, 1934 in Roxton, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Don Bergeron of 49 years and her parents Helen and Hunter McCloud, her brother Charles McCloud. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Larry Hale of Pearland, son and daughter-in-law Dave and Kaye Bergeron of Houston, Texas; daughter Debbie Martens of Houston, Texas, daughter and son-in-law Denise and Richard McMurrough of Crosby, Texas. She also leaves her sister Patsy Carpenter and husband Lonnie of New Braunfels. Her nephews Mike, Mark and Chuck carpenter. Her sister-in-law Pam McCloud, Val and Brandy McCloud Wier of Elkhart, Texas. Her grandchildren; Chuck Borsche and fiancé Ember Lewis, Davis Borsche, Christina and Sammy Mata of Pearland, Courtney and Joe Gordon of Lindale, Texas, Amanda and Brad Aden of League City, Texas, Matt Bergeron and fiance Sarah Fillingame of Alvin, Texas. Amber McMurrough and Shawn Mims, Bubba and Theresa McMurrough of Houston, Texas; Katie and Trent Kirkpatrick of Spring, Texas. Kimberly and Jay Longobardi of Baltimore, Maryland, Jeffrey Shrum, Houston, Texas, Adam and Tyler Martens of Houston, Texas and Cameron Martens of Los Angeles, California. She had 26 great grandchildren. The family is extremely grateful for the nurses, doctors and staff at Park Manor Southbelt especially Nurse Diana, Zack, and Sabrina. Delores was a long-time resident of the Southbelt area where she worked as a realter with Century 21, McCarver, Remax, and her and Don’s Bergeron and Associates. Her greatest love was her family. She often said “If my family is okay, I’m okay.” She was raised in the Baptist faith by her loving mother Helen McCloud but joined her husband as a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Delores was a loving, caring, generous person who will be missed by all who loved her.
