Mr. David Randall York's Obituary
David York, of La Porte, Texas, suddenly passed from our lives far too soon on September 16, 2015, at the young age of 54. David was born in Pasadena, Texas on February 24, 1961 to Clem and Sharon York.
He was raised in the Deer Park/Pasadena area where he attended Deer Park High School, and went on to play football at the University of Texas El Paso for 2 years. He returned to Pasadena to work for 30 years alongside his father at Clem York and Son Automotive in Pasadena. David married the love of his life, Gay Mijavec York, and together they enjoyed a fishing and beach lifestyle. He loved his time on the water and always worked hard to make a great life for his wife and kids.
He is survived by his mother, Sharon York, and wife, Gay York. David will be extremely missed by his daughters, Whitney York Parks; Hailey York Clark, husband Chris; and son, Eric English, wife Amber.
