Constanza "Connie" G. Peirsol's Obituary
Constanza "Connie" G. Peirsol passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 87 at St. David’s North Austin, Austin, TX. She was born September 17,1934 to Maximiliano and Josefa Valdes in San Pedro De Macoris, Dominican Republic. She is survived by her son, James Patrick Peirsol, lll and other family members here in the United States and in the Dominican Republic.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 9:00 to 10:00 am at South Park Funeral Home in Pearland, Texas. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 am at South Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
Connie met her late husband James Patrick Peirsol Jr. in the Dominican Republic where they married and returned to the United States. Here they embarked on a wonderful life and had two beautiful children, James Patrick Peirsol, lll and the late Clara Josephine Peirsol. Connie was known for her unbelievable cooking, welcoming manner, and good humor. Her attention to detail made everyone feel special. Her laughter, eclairs, Dominican turkey, and loving way will be greatly missed by all.
