Carolyn and I became good friends for a time in high school. She joined me and my family one weekend to go to Poteet Tx for the annual Strawberry Festival. My family had a farm there. We had a great time at the fair. Rode the rides. One ride stopped with her in a position of hanging above me. She had to hold on tight to keep from crashing down on top of me. The ride stopped too long and she had to let go squashing me in the seat!! Good times. She is missed. I wish we had stayed in touch. Prayers for her loved ones during this hard time.
