Carolyn Kay Axline's Obituary
Carolyn Kay Roe Axline, daughter of Raymond and Evelyn Roe, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Carolyn was the youngest of two sisters, born to Raymond and Evelyn Roe in Yuma, Arizona, on August 18, 1952. Carolyn spent her life in Yuma until she met her husband and life partner, Harry Laurence Axline III.
She was united in holy matrimony to Harry Laurence Axline III in March of 1971. This union was blessed with four children.
Carolyn was a Navy wife, a proud mother of four, and a loving grandmother to four beautiful children. She spent her life caring for others, singing and dancing to her favorite music, and preparing and cooking delicious meals for those she loved. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Evelyn, her older sister, Rayelle Roe, and her daughter, Kari Rae Axline.
Carolyn’s beautiful life will continue to be cherished in the lives of her husband: Harry Laurence Axline; Children, Jason Christopher Axline, Jeffery Brian Axline, and Joshua Ryan Axline; her daughter-in-law, Megan Storm, and Jacquelyn Renee Axline; her four grandchildren; Kaelynn Nicole Axline, Abigail Raye Axline, Atticus James Axline, and Sawyer Roe Axline; as well as other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on July 15th from 5:00 – 7:00 at South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1310 North Main Street, Pearland, TX. 77581. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 on July 16th at South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1310 North Main Street, Pearland, TX. 77581, followed by burial at South Park Cemetery.
