Mr. Bryan Shannon's Obituary
Bryan Shannon, 72, was born on January 3, 1942 in San Antonio, TX. He went to God on May 5, 2014 in Houston, TX. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School and Sam Houston State University where he achieved a degree in chemistry. Bryan accomplished the art of flying as a private pilot, a volunteer fire fighter and paramedic; he also served in the U.S. Marine Corp. As a 35 year resident of the South Belt area he became a small business owner in the profession of EBS Heating & Air Conditioning for 35yrs. Bryan leaves behind his loving wife of 47yrs, Mrs. Loretta Shannon; daughter, Karen Kowalik; sons, James Shannon and Jeffrey Shannon; grandchildren, Chelsey Furman, Emma Shannon, Austin Stewart, Eyan Baker and great grandson Linden Furman. Services are entrusted to SouthPark Funeral Home, please contact family for service information. In lieu of flowers family has requested donations be made to Make A Wish Foundation or the charity of your choice.
