Brian Kim Johnson's Obituary
Brian Kim Johnson of Pearland, Texas passed unexpectedly at age 61 surrounded by his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Jackie Johnson and his brother Hunt Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Ellen Johnson, his sister and brother-in-law Jan and Don Adams, daughter, Kimberly Voorhies, son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Caryn Voorhies, and son, Jacob Johnson. He also leaves behind 6 grandchildren; Samantha, Ashton, Chloe, Ethan, Madilynne, and Haylee; and 4 great-grandchildren, Michael, Cayson, Charlotte, and Axel. In addition, he leaves behind his mother-in-law, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Brian was an avid sports fan who loved his Auburn Tigers. He was a 1981 Auburn University Alum where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He loved to hang out with friends at the local Flying Saucer where you could frequently find him enjoying a good IPA or whiskey. He was a kind hearted and generous person who was always ready with a good joke, a bit of trivia, or a kind remark. He loved his friends and family with everything he had and he meant everything to them in return. His absence will be felt by those who loved him for the rest of their time on this Earth.
