Mrs. Brenda Kay Christoph's Obituary
Brenda Kay Christoph went home to be with the Lord on August 4, 2008. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. Brenda Kay was born December 31, 1941 in Woodward, OK to Carl and Jo Fern Baker. She meet and married the love of her life Lucky Christoph in 1959. Together they had two children Chris Wayne and Carl Vernon. The Christoph family set up residence in Friendswood, TX in 1981. Brenda Kay was preceded in death by her father Carl Baker, brother Jesse Carl Baker, husband Lucky and son Chris Wayne Christoph. Left to cherish her memory is her mother Jo Fern Davenport, son Carl Christoph and his wife Nichole, grandson Chris Carl, sisters: Jean Tucker, Janis Bourdon, Phyllis Foster and Sherry Cassy, 33 nieces and nephews and numerous friends and extended family members. The Christoph family will receive visitors Thursday, August 7, 2008, from 4 pm to 7 pm at SouthPark Funeral Home in Pearland. A service celebrating Brenda Kay's life will be held Friday, August 8, 2008, at 10 am in the chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Ruehl officiating. Interment will follow at SouthPark Cemetery.
