Mrs. Brandie Marie Gavin's Obituary
Brandie Marie Gavin, 28 from Houston, passed away in her home at FT Polk, LA on 25 SEP 2008 from complications due to cancer.
A former Network Switching Specialist in the United States Army, Mrs. Gavin was a student at Central Texas College, and a teachers aid at the Darmstadt Elementary School (DoDEA) in Darmstadt, Germany.
She is survived by her husband SSG Richard A. Gavin and their two children, Olivia Marie and Dillon Jack Gavin. Her father Elbert Mitchell Freeman, her mother Judy Marie Freeman, her step-father, Dimitrious Pouliadis, and two brothers, Mitchell Edward and Brian Eric Freeman. She lived an all too short life among us, but she touched so many people in so many places in this world who will never forget the impact she made in their lives.
Her love of life and of the family and friends that surrounded her has filled us all, and will sustain us until we too join her in God's embrace.
