Blanca Ramos Esparza, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on April 7,2025, in Houston, Texas at the age of 75.
Born on March 22, 1950, in Tamaulipas, Mexico, Blanca carried with her a deep love for her roots and a resilient spirit that shaped her life and those around her. She later made her home in Houston, Texas where she built her life filled with love, hard work, and unwavering devotion to her family. Blanca loved her husband, Jose R. Esparza who she was married to for 52 years.
Her children, Son, Robert and wife Laura children LJ, Dominic, Phoenix, Laila and Amor. Daughter, Blanca and husband Henry Hernandez and children Anthony "Tony", Alyssa and Marcus. Daughter, Lydia and children Alexandria "Alex", Tabatha, Andrew, Emma, Richard and Samantha Daughter, Eva and husband Eric Frausto, children Matthew, Adam, Max, Solomon and Vivian "Vivi" Step Daughter, Maria Luisa Esparza Zuniga husband Arturo Monsivais Esquivel, Children Catalina Monsivais Esparza, and Arturo Monsivais Esparza Great grandchildren AJ and Colson Dupont. Living siblings Noe Ramos, Maria S. Ramos and Jesus Ramos Preceded in death by her parents Ramiro Ramos Saucedo and Lidia Aguilar de Ramos, brothers Leobardo Ramiro Ramos Aguilar, Miguel Rene Ramos, and Jose Luis Ramos. Son-in-laws Jesus "Jesse" Aguilar and Shane Michael Stewart.
Blanca will be remembered for her deep love of family, her strength, and the grace with which she lived her life. She found joy in simple moments-Blanca will be remembered for her deep love of family, her strength, and the grace with which she lived her life. She found joy in simple moments-playing cards, enjoying Loteria (Mexican bingo), cooking meals, and spending time with her loved ones. Her dedication to her family was unmatched, whether through active involvement in PTAs, fundraising events, or lending a hand to her husband in his mechanic work.
Her cooking was legendary-her famous pancakes, and tortillas de azucar were just a few of the delicious meals that brought comfort and happiness to those around her. Blanca's warmth, devotion, and spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered always.
