Beulah Belle Wiener's Obituary
Beulah Belle Hassett Wiener, passed away on February 20, 2023. Beulah was born in Kinder, Louisiana on October 15, 1931 and moved with her family to Louise, Texas shortly after.
She graduated from El Campo High School and moved to Houston to begin her career as an administrative assistant. She met Claude Edward Wiener and the two were married on May 15, 1953.
They moved to Pasadena Texas in 1971 where they spent most of their living years.
She enjoyed playing the organ, at home and in the church, singing traditional gospel hymns, shopping (especially garage sales) and was always excited to go out for a lunch date with friends and family.
She always carried a few two-dollar bills in her purse to hand out. She would give them out at family gatherings as her trade-mark.
She had an unwavering faith in the Lord and loved serving her church, Springs of Life, in Deer Park, TX. Beulah was a “prayer warrior” to those who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband Claude E. Wiener, her step-daughter Marion Brown, grandson Justann Wiener, her brother Harless Hassett, and two sisters Viola Kanak and Lena Morton.
She leaves behind son Claude Wiener, Jr. (Sonny) and his wife Patsy of League City, TX; son Garland Wiener and his wife Leah of Friendswood, TX; daughter Gaye Johnston and husband Blake of Spring, TX;
Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
