Ms. Betty-Nan McGee's Obituary
BettyNan, was a spunky, opinionated, caring woman who never left the house without being "put together ". She led a full and happy life being an avid sports fan from a very young age she played basketball and was a drum majorette at Pearland High School. She also enjoyed golf and traveling.
BettyNan had two wonderful Sons and she became a housewife and raised them joyfully. Through the years she has had various jobs however the longest-standing job she had was at Lyondell Petroleum as a plant operator for some 25 years. In her later years, she became a school bus driver for Pearland ISD, she enjoyed this very much, as she enjoyed being around children. As time moved on she retired and stayed home watching various sports programs like the Texans, the Astros, and the Rockets. BettyNan enjoyed getting out of the house and having her hair done, shopping, and having her nails done on a regular basis. Having her family near her was very important to her. So, when they would come to visit and particularly the grandkids and great-grandkids her eyes would light up and she would smile and unforgettable smile. BettyNan will be missed and loved eternally by all of her family and friends.
