281-485-2711 Bernice Loretta Busse Watts was born in Houston, TX on October 26, 1916 and passed away in Houston on October 12, 2009. She had worked for Gulf Oil and was a member of the St. Stephen Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Marguerite and F.H. Busse; brothers, Roland Busse and Norman Busse; sister, Marguerite Brown; husband, JE. Watts. Survivors include her sons, Richard M. Sandlin and his wife Dorothy and James Bailey Sandlin and his wife Alice; grandchildren, Craig Sandlin, Stacey Hedrington, Chris Sandlin, Dana Catlow; four great grandchildren; brother, Harlan Busse and wife Mary Jo; nephew, Paul David Brown and wife Judith and James Busse and wife Kathleen; several other nieces, nephews, and cousins and close friend Carole Lieber. A visitation will be held at the South Park Funeral Home from 6:00-7:30 p.m., Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the South Park Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2009. Interment will be in the South Park Cemetery.
