Barbara Jane Tigner, 75, of Houston, TX passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. She was born April 5, 1933 in Wichita, Kansas to Emmett and Margaret Raymond. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband and son. She is survived by her grandson Ryan Pierce Tigner; brother, Jerry Raymond and his wife Sue; daughter-in-law, Vicky Tigner; close friend, Jane Ilkhan.
