Barbara Ann Glass, 84, of Texas City, TX, passed away on July 18, 2023.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at South Park Funeral Home, 1310 N Main St., Pearland, TX, 77581. A Committal Service will be Friday, July 21, 2023, at 10:00AM at Grace Memorial Park, 10708 Highway 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510.
Barbara was born in Wichita Falls, TX on November 17, 1938. She graduated from Ball High School in Galveston, TX, enjoyed fishing, shopping with her friends, family gatherings, and loved being a Granny with all her heart. Her smile and heart shined bright in the presence of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by siblings Donald and Jane Hendricks, children Vivien Heckendorn, Amber Glass, Kerri and Jess Golightly, Sascha and David Robinson, niece Sandra James, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Barbara is preceded in death by Sonny Glass, husband of 43 years, parents Robert Thomas and Mildred Hendricks, siblings Betty and O’dell Harris, Little Mildred Hendricks, Bobby and Billy Hendricks, and nephew Dell Harris.
