Ashley Nicole Schott
August 27, 1993 – July 25, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ashley Nicole Schott, who went home to be with the Lord on July 25, 2025.
Born on August 27, 1993, Ashley lived a life filled with grace, compassion, and a radiant love for Jesus Christ. Though her time with us was far too short, her impact was lasting. She carried a light within her that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Ashley was a devoted mother to her beloved son, Evan. He was her greatest joy and most treasured blessing. Her love for him was boundless, and she poured herself into raising him with patience, tenderness, and unwavering faith. Her legacy of strength and love lives on through him.
A dedicated student, Ashley graduated as Salutatorian of Pasadena Memorial High School Class of 2011 and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Houston Baptist University in 2014.
A gifted violinist, Ashley found peace and purpose in music. Whether performing in worship services or community events, her playing was heartfelt and moving a true reflection of her beautiful spirit. She also had a deep love for anime, art, and all things creative. Whether she was painting, singing, drawing, or watching the Astros with friends and family, Ashley brought joy and connection to every moment. She was the heart of her friend group the one everyone could count on. With her warm smile and thoughtful words, she made people feel seen, valued, and loved.
Ashley was also an animal enthusiast, Her home was a haven for her two cherished pets, Sora and Riku, who she treated as family spoiling them with treats and showering them with affection.
Ashley is survived by her husband, Tyler, and their son, Evan; Parents, Raymond and Darla Arnold; her siblings, Bradley and Crystal; Grandmother, Janice Davidson. Paul and Linda Schott; sister-in-law, Haley, husband, Tristan, children Colter, Alice, and Patrick and many friends including Alexis Guerra, Victoria Scherer and The Nerd Herd. As well as a large circle of extended family, friends, and church community who mourn her passing and celebrate the promise of her eternal life with Christ.
Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that Ashley now rests in perfect peace, free from suffering and surrounded by heavenly joy. Her life was a powerful testament to faith, the beauty of motherhood, and the enduring promise of everlasting life.
The service for Ashley will be on Monday, August 4th. The viewing will be at 10am and the graveside service and burial will be at 12pm at South Park funeral home 1310 N. Main St., Pearland, TX 77581. In lieu of traditional funeral attire, we ask that you wear something floral or bright in Ashley's honor.
