Arthur Hollen Sr., of Onalaska, Tx was born on September 24th, 1919 to Milton Hollen & Carille Cloutier Hollen.
July 31st, 1940 Arthur enlisted in the U.S. Army as an infantryman. His passion was working on his 1972 Chevrolet truck, taking everything apart and putting it back together. We would tell him “Pop with all the money you put into that truck you could have bought you several new trucks.”
Arthur is preceded in death by his wife Rose Mildred Roepcke Hollen and son Jerry Lee Hollen. Arthur is survived by his current wife of 18 years Nell Jones, son Arthur Hollen, Jr. & wife Debbie Hollen, son Jack Hollen & wife Melissa Hollen, grandson Jason Arthur Hollen & wife Kristyn Hollen, grand-daughter Jessica Ann Bergner & husband Brett Bergner, great-grandson Jason Arthur Hollen Jr., great grand-daughter Bella Ann Hollen. Nell Jones children Gloria J. Courtney, Kennith Jones, Cindy & Jay Melton, 3 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death: Edward Jones, Robert Jones, Lorrie Jones wife of Kennith Jones, and David Courtney husband of Gloria J. Courtney.
