Anthony was born on September 22, 2004, in Houston, TX. From the very beginning he brought light, laughter, and love to those around him. He was the beloved son of Luisana & Daniel Hernandez and Anthony Bravo.
Anthony was a remarkable young man whose strength, character, and dedication left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Known as his family’s protector, he possessed a caring spirit, a generous heart, and an unwavering loyalty to those he loved. His genuine nature, hard work, and determination were evident in every aspect of his life.
A proud graduate of Westbury High School, Anthony excelled both academically and athletically. He was inducted into the National Honor Society in 2023 and earned recognition as a decorated athlete in both football and track. He was also an active member of Gents, where he demonstrated leadership and commitment to his community.
Anthony’s athletic talents and dedication opened the door to higher education, and he proudly attended Concordia University - Wisconsin on a full football scholarship. His passion for excellence continued beyond the classroom and playing field as he became a Certified Oilfield Inspector for Core Technical, building a promising future through his strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Anthony had a gift for bringing life and joy into every room he entered. His infectious smile, sense of humor, and loving heart made others feel welcomed and valued. Whether supporting family, encouraging friends, or pursuing his goals, Anthony approached life with courage, authenticity, and determination.
Anthony was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Maria Galvan; his great grandfather, Jose R. Cruz; and his grandfather, Alejandro Hernandez.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Luisana Hernandez; his devoted stepfather, Daniel Hernandez; his cherished father, Anthony Bravo; his sister, Carlie Garza; his brothers, Adrian Bravo, Daniel A. Hernandez, and Thomas D. James; grandparents Maria & Luis Flores; grandparents Alicia & German Bravo; grandmother Laura Hernandez; a host of aunts and uncles; along with numerous other relatives, friends, teammates, classmates, mentors, and loved ones whose lives were forever touched by his presence.
Though his time on earth was far too short, Anthony’s impact was immeasurable. His legacy of love, strength, loyalty, and kindness will live on through the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
