Mrs. Anita D. Corrales' Obituary
Anita D. Corrales was born in Houston, Texas on February 4, 1932 and went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 21, 2020. Anita was an educator who retired from HISD after serving many years. She served the Lord faithfully and touched many lives with her kind words of encouragement and love. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas L. Corrales and her parents Arcadio and Francis De La Cruz, and first grandchild Patricia Ann Gallegos. She is survived by daughter Sylvia A. Gatewood, and her husband Robert; Sons Aaron Corrales and his wife Dora; Thomas Raymond Corrales and his wife Dinorah. Grandchildren, Stephanie Sanchez, Aaron Corrales II, Kristina Corrales, Dinorah Nicole Cantu, Sasha Evette Corrales, David Tristain,Jennifer Gallegos; Great grandchildren, Matthew Sanchez, Amelia Corrales and Aaron Corrales III, Kayla and Tristan Cantu, Josiah, Mason & Lily Tristain. Serving as pall bearers: Aaron Corrales II, David Tristain, David Jimenez, Ivan Cantu, Manuel Hernandez.
