Mr. Holloway lit up any room that he walked into. The most vivacious man I have ever met. He shared so many life experiences and travels with me that inspired me to live life to the fullest. His love for his wife and family could move mountains. I was grateful enough to have seen him one last time last Saturday. He will be greatly missed. He will live forever through our memories and will always be with his family in spirit!

Thank the Lord for giving me the time I had with Allen he was such a good friend. Spent 6 years growing up with Allen he was like a brother to me, so many memories Hood Jr High, football games, church, working at the Shrimp Boat the holiday dinners and our summers.Allen even went out of his way to visit me when I was at Baylor hospital - it is true he was the nicest guy you would ever meet. People Dont get any better than the Holloway's! My heart breaks I can not be there today Big Hugs to the family Karen
My family moved to Odessa prior to my Junior year in high school. We quickly folded into the Youth program at First Presbyterian. Allen was one of the "Bigger than Life" members of the group. Allen was always very friendly and welcoming to me and I was always comfortable in his presence. Allen always had a smile and a laugh to share with others. He love life and loved people. He was an encouragement to the younger ones in the group. Though he did not speak much about his faith you could tell it was deep seeded. He was always a tireless person working at the Shrimp Boat or driving a truck. But he would always push to make it to the Youth Group no matter what else he was doing. Allen, save me a place!
