Mr. Alfred Zimmerhanzel's Obituary
Alfred Zimmerhanzel left us to be in the loving arms of our Lord, on December 13, 2018 at the age of 93. Alfred was born May 10, 1925, in Rosanky, Texas to parents Rudolph and Irene Zimmerhanzel.
Mr. Zimmerhanzel was a World War II Army veteran, who served our country for 2 years and received an Honorable Discharge.
He was married to his loving wife, Jimmie Zimmerhanzel for 62 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jimmie Zimmerhanzel, his brothers, Julius and August Zimmerhanzel, his sister Olivia Mach and his great grandson Hunter Heitzman.
Alfred is survived by his loving daughter, Debbie Miglicco and husband Perry Miglicco, son Jimmie Turpin and wife Bobbie, son Mike Smith and wife Sandi ; Grandchildren Gina Pierce, Robin Bennett, Ashley Miglicco, Lee Turpin, Angela Shaver, Marcie Heitzman, Erin Smith, Michael Smith, Jr. and Margaret Wiliams; 14 great grandchildren; 2great great grandchildren and one sister, Sylvia Cox.
The Zimmerhanzel family will be receiving friends and family on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at SouthPark Funeral Home starting at 1:00 PM for a visitation. Funeral services will start at 2:00 PM with interment to follow at SouthPark Cemetery.
