Mr. Alfred David Witt's Obituary
Alfred David Witt, 85, passed away on September 22, 2013 in Houston, TX. He was born on July 4, 1928 in Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by: his daughter Jan Doyle, his parents Louis Witt and Marion Piwcewicz, Aunt and Uncle, Betty and John Panek (who raised him), and also his brother Lou Witt. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Catherine Bennett Witt. He is also survived by his daughters, Betsy Witt and Mary Witt-Keith (son-in-law Glenn), two granddaughters April Keith and Britni Keith-Slack, and great-grandson, Robby Slack. He served in the Navy in WWII. He was employed with Eastern Airlines for 35 years and Continental Airlines for 5 years prior to retirement.
Rosary will be at 6:00pm, followed by visitation on Sept. 26, at SouthPark F.H. in Pearland. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Sept. 27, at St. Helen's Catholic Church in Pearland.
