Adrian Longoria's Obituary
La
mañana del 7 de Abril falleció Adrian Longoria Mendoza, rodeado de su esposa, Adelina y sus 5 hijos— Jose, Jorge, Jicela, Adelina y Adrian Jr. Adrian nació en Las Vigas, Guanajuato México en Marzo de 1946. Fue el primero de 15 hijos de Juan Longoria Baltazar
y Maria Mendoza Navarrro.
Don Adrian, Juanito, Morgan, Chochis, el show man, y Aron– afectuosamente llamado por amigos y familiares, fue generoso, siempre dispuesto a hacer coperacha para algún conocido y dispuesto a darle la mano a alguien necesitado. Era un genio para ponerle apodos
a cualquier persona. En nuestra memoria quedarán grabados sus chistes, refranes y dichos. Recordaremos su gozo por la vida, pasión por la música y su memoria extraordinaria–particularmente para las letras de canciones. Su mayor logro fue el legado que deja
en sus 5 hijos y 12 nietos— su ética laboral, corazón por servir, disponibilidad para enseñar, y el amor por la música de Mariachi.

Adrian Longoria Mendoza passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 7, surrounded by his wife, Adelina Longoria Quijas and 5 children— Jose, Jorge, Jicela, Adelina y Adrian Jr. Adrian was born in March of 1946 in Las Vigas, Guanajuato. He was the first of 15 children,
born to Juan Longoria Baltazar and Maria Mendoza Navarrro. He was affectionately called many names by friends and family–Don Adrian, Juanito, Morgan, Chochis, Show man, and Aron. A generous person, he was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a master at creating nicknames for people. His jokes and sayings will forever be etched in our memory. We’ll remember his joy for life, passion for music and his impressive memory–especially for remembering song lyrics. His greatest achievement is the legacy he leaves in his 5 children and 12 grandchildren— a strong work ethic, a heart for serving others, a propensity for teaching others, and a love for mariachi music. We are so grateful to friends and family for every encouraging word shared, prayer made on our behalf, and every demonstration of kindness offered.
