Mrs. Achamma "Lilly" Alexander's Obituary
Our beloved Lilly was born on September 4, 1950 to Mr. and Mrs. P.T. Zachariah in Kumbanad, Kerala, India. Lilly was brought up in the Poozhikalayil family along with four brothers and two sisters. After her high school education, she moved to Secunderabad and joined her relative's mission field for a few years. She married Samuel Alexander (Joy) Thodupuza and they were happily married for the last 35 years. She joined her husband in Ankola Ashramam and they were blessed with two children, Julie and Jubi. She and her family came to the United States in 1990. She worked in Christus hospital until 2008. Lilly was caring, loving, and devoted to her children and her family. She trusted in God and encouraged others to live a life of joy She always had a smile even in the worst of times. She lived a blessed and full life and touched so many people with her love and kindness. She was loved and appreciated by her family and friends everywhere. She will be remembered by her family and leaves behind a legacy of treasured moments that will never be forgotten. She is survived by her husband, Joy, and her two children, Julie and Jubi, Jubi's husband, Libu, and her granddaughyer, Megha. She is also survived by her father in India, her four brothers and two sisters, and their families.
