Mr. Ace Adams Sr.'s Obituary
Asa was born February 15, 1933 in Salado, Texas to William Smith Adams and Eula Mae Adams. He was the youngest of 7 children. He was preceded in death by his parents, sibling, and wife of 41 years Mary Ann Kaufman Adams. He was also preceded in death by his second wife Marsaline Kochak Adams.
HE is survived by sons Charles L. Adams and wife Marilyn, Jacky Ray Adams Jr. and wife Tracey, Robert L. Adams and wife Bridget and Ralph Williams Adams, Three grandchildren, Melissa Ann Clegg, Zachery Blackwell, Virginia Mary Ann Adams, and sister in law Mabel Adams, numerous nieces and nephews.
In the 1950’s Ace got started in the welding business and in 1968 opened Big Tex Welding Supply with his wife and family.
Throughout his life Asa enjoyed hunting and fishing in various Texas locations. He loved the outdoors and bought “The Country” place in Easterly Texas, There he was able to hunt fish, camp, and work on his equipment. At home he had a garden and loved good home cooking. He had a flair for mechanics and had numerous old car and truck projects. He could be found at Sheffields and The Windmill enjoying a cold beverage chewing on his cigar, playing on a machine and visiting with everyone. He enjoyed interacting with his customers and friends with a story and I witty since of humor.

Visitation is Friday, January 6, 2017 from 6pm-9pm, Funeral Services on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 12:30 PM. All services are being held at SouthPark Funeral Home.
