Mr. A. Wayne DeSelle's Obituary
A. Wayne DeSelle, 59, of Pearland, TX passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 31, 2016. Wayne was born on May 11, 1956 in Alexandria, LA to Aaron and Frankie DeSelle. He was employed by Zachry at Chevron- Cedar Bayou. He volunteered his time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as well as the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo. He enjoyed riding his beloved Harleys and taking road trips with his Motorcycle club; La Familia/Los Carnales. He was known to many as "Grumpy", an endearment given to him by his grandchildren. One of the great loves of his life was his '68 Camaro, which he drove on Sundays to bring donuts and visit with his grandchildren.
Wayne DeSelle was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Frankie Belle DeSelle. He is survived by his loving wife, Jae Linn DeSelle; father Aaron James DeSelle; children Sarah DeSelle Rios and husband Sean, Tiffany Lynn DeSelle and Gary Leonard Blalock; Grandchildren Isabella Rios, Tristan Rios, Luca Rios, and Giuliana Rios, Genesis Hull,Genisia Terrazas, Eliana Medrano and Austin Blalock; brother, Richard DeSelle and wife Angela, sisters, Sharon DeSelle and Rita DeSelle ..
The family will receive friends, Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Southpark Funeral Home 1310 North Main St. Pearland, TX 77581. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, February 4, 2016 in the Chapel of Southpark Funeral Home.
