Nancy Jo Shirley "Memaw", 86 passed away Friday, December 24, 2021. Preceded in death by her two sons, Felix A. Richard Jr. and Donald "Donny" Michael Richard. She is survived by her loving daughter, Vickie Darlene Scott, her granddaughter, Monique Richard and her two sons, Gage Presley Richard Hearn and Ryder Storm Hearn; Granddaughter, Alicia Scheer and her husband Brad Scheer and their three children, Lily Faith, Christian Bradley and Cali Grace. Along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
